Description
there is no extension filter to separate video from text files (subtitles) and what worse, when selected some files to add to playlist, next time when run mplayer it doesn't remember last location in file chooser

The respective dialogs (video, subtitle etc.) do have filters.
The lack of remembrance of the last location has been fixed in svn r33497, r33875 and r33876.
A playlist selection doesn't affect the history.
