Mplayer fails to seek in .flv files

Description
Hi I'm using a WiiMC, which is based on mplayer. All of my FLV files will play correctly, but when jumped with either the mouse on the timeline or the >> or the left key will return to the menu.
I get errors like this in the log:
[h264 @ 0x809172f8]AVC: nal size 44957
[h264 @ 0x809172f8]no frame!
Error while decoding frame!
The problem was introduced after mplayer r31128.
Do you have some suggestion?

Attached are H263 and VP6 samples which also fail as reported:

MPlayer regression. Now It was solved in revision 31918.
