Description
With Maverick, Ubuntu dropped musepack sv7 (where the headers are in include/mpcdec) and now only includes musepack sv8 (where the headers are in include/mpc). Because of this, mplayer no longer compiles with musepack support on systems that only include musepack sv8.

MPlayer still supports musepack via libavcodec, there is no reason to use libmpcdec.
I disabled it by default in configure and hopefully clarified that musepack files can still be played without that (actually I think libmpcdec wasn't even used to play musepack files unless you used special command-line options since a long time).
