Bash-completion project use this to get available options:
mplayer -nomsgcolor -nomsgmodule -list-options
Please add -shuffle option to output of this command.

Not sure I think that's a good idea really. And they sure need to vastly expand the file extensions they accept with MPlayer, it's really a pain that half of the time tab completion won't work for the file you're trying to play.
But anyway, fixed in SVN r33147.
