Description
I have a dump of a DVB stream whose aspect ratio at some point changes from 19:6
to 4:3. Mplayer continues to use 16:9 on part where 4:3 should be used.
Seeking to 4:3 aspect part with -sb plays the stream with correct 4:3 aspect.
(The output device is XV, should it matter.)

I think this should work nowadays. At least much better than before. Upload a
sample if you still have problems, and compare behaviour with different -vo
settings (see -vo help for a list of possibilities).

Actually changes in video size, fps, aspect during playback are not supposed to
work currently. Changing severity to "enhancement". Component might actually be
better "core", but I don't know so leave it as-is.
