Jogging wav49 files

Description

IF you try to jog these interesting errors occur.

Wav49 files I think have GSM encoded audio.

A different way to work around this bug would be to support gsm audio directly.

These files types are used in asterisk which is getting quite popular.

The link above has a file for use in testing.

What's your problem with this? It plays fine for me with MPlayer CVS. The
quality is horrible, but I guess that is normal.

The problem occurs if you scrub the audio - play a bit and then drag the play
point back and forth a bit. Sometime you have to drag it twice sometimes it
works - but most often it fails.

The quality is supposed to be poor - these are used for email attachec voice
messages so they are quite small.

Oh, and I was scratching my head what you meant with "jog". "Seeking" is the
word usually used :-).
Anyway, should be fixed in CVS.
