Description

MP4Box.exe" -add raw.h264:fps=23.976 -add audio.mp4:delay=-1000 -out final.mp4

Mplayer ignores the audio delay that's set, on playback audio and video are
still unsync :(

might be fixed with svn and demuxer lavf by default for mp4 files. if not, check with ffmpeg and if it has trouble report there.
