Description
It appears mplayer doesn't like to play a 24 bit .wav file in three byte samples. Sample file is referenced. All kinds of popping during playback and mplayer reorder_ch warnings.

It appears the Jul 19 reorder fixes didn't catch all the occurances. This patch adds a few more breaks where needed. We still have bad sound on the referenced testcase wav but only on the centre and rear channels.
