Implement Proper 6.1 and 7.1 Channel Orderings for Vorbis

Monty has just confirmed to me via e-mail that he is updating the Vorbis specification to define the proper orderings for 6.1 and 7.1 channel configurations.

To quote him:

That would make 6.1 ordering ==
front left, center, front right, surround left, surround right,
surround back, LFE

and 7.1 ==
front left, center, front right, surround left, surround right,
surround back left, surround back right, LFE

And then later:

OK, it appears all involved agree with the 'define 6.1 and 7.1' course
of action, and we go with the suggested mappings. I'll update the
spec and begin coding.
