Description
I had to remove
b_pyramid
from encoding option
subq=6:partitions=all:8x8dct:me=umh:frameref=5:bframes=3:b_pyramid:weight_b
presented on
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/HTML/en/menc-feat-x264.html
to allow encoding.
Shall be this option removed from DOC or example changed even more?

b_pyramid was not removed, it now has several modes, one of which has to be selected when using the option. I fixed the man page and the usage examples in commit r33893.
