Setting alsa:device=hw=0.1 as -ao causes problems

Description
Playing movie/audio on alsa:device=hw=0.1 (rear speakers) causing decrease frequency playing on hw=0.0 (front speakers). Sound on hw=0.1 is normal.
After that playing on hw=0.0 or alsa using mplayer have this same problem.
I'have tested this with gstreamer (as KDE phonon output) on rear speakers without this issue.
