Hello,
My aim is to encode wmv file to flv. But I unsuccessfull in doin so. Please help me out. I have added the sample code and attached the video for your reference.
video.wmv -o video.flv -of lavf -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=56 -srate 11025 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=flv:vbitrate=500:mbd=2:mv0:trell:v4mv:cbp:last_pred=3 -mc 0

you probably need to add -ofps 30
but what is the problem ? error? anything ?
I have added the URL to the video. Iam unable to convert the video to flv.

works fine for me on windows. what os are you on?
this file is MSS2 and requires the binary codecs to be installed , and it also requires a 32bit version of mplayer/mencoder to load those binary codecs.
i add -ofps 30 -vf decimate to clear some of the duplicate frames.
here is my mencoder output. please paste your mencoder output so we can find out why it doesnt work for you

I can only convert 25 seconds of the whole video into FLV. I am getting this error.

your mencoder is 4 years old.
could you please upgrade?
you can find new win32 mencoder binaries here:

you probably need to add -ofps 30
but what is the problem ? error? anything ?
