Description
When I convert image sequences (-mf option) to animation formats, mencoder either reads or encodes them in the wrong order. For the first couple of seconds the animation strobes badly, as every second frame is in the wrong place.
I've tried this with win32 and win64, on several different machines.
I've also tried several different mencoder builds, multithreaded and not.
The newest one is:
MEncoder Sherpya-SVN-r33883-4.2.5 (2011)

My file sequence names are 0-padded to 4 numbers.
