Description
Summary of the bug:
I believe that mplayer logic should be changed related to metadata interpretation form network streams.
Now mplayer prints song name changes as soon as data arrives from network.
Better approach would be to handle it when such information leaves cache and goes to stream decode.
How to reproduce:
Play some internet radio with options "-cache 500 -cache-min 99" and watch for "ICY Info" messages. They are to early compared to song change.
