Summary of the bug:
I have an mng file that seems to loop by itself. This is fine for displaying, but when I need to convert it to a gif, it seems to create an infinitely large file. This is not the desired outcome.
How to reproduce:
% mplayer -vo gif89a Meido2.mng MPlayer version (C) 37379-3 Arch Linux

I tested it on an Ubuntu machine and it seems to have worked. Perhaps an issue with one of the dependencies.
