MPlayer specific artifacting during MPEG2 playback

Description
Shows some artifacting with mplayer (CVS on linux, pre7 on win32+linux) that
isn't there with any other player that i've tried (PowerDVD/VLC), i've also used
a current version of libmpeg2's mpeg2dec and fed that into mplayer, that doesn't
show any sign of the artifacting.
Pair of examples uploaded named LOSTBOYS_1.VOB and LOSTBOYS_2.VOB, these both
play fine on other players.

should be fixed now that ffmpeg is default over libmpeg12
