issuing -xineramascreen 1 starts a regular video window on xinerama screen 1.
-fs starts in fullscreen fine. however, issuing both of them causes a window
the size of xinerama screen 1 to appear on xinerama screen 0.

Hopefully fixed in CVS by the xinerama rewrite.
