Well, I assumed that the text in the man page:
The bug reporting section of the documentation (DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html)
explains how to create useful bug reports.
referes to the documentation installed. On my Debian system I have the following
directory:
/usr/share/doc/mplayer/HTML/en/
I assumed that the man page referred to this directory. So if this reference is
incorrect, the man page should be updated to explicitly point to the *online*
rescources, and maybe the debian/rules ship could be updated to stop shipping
the reference offline (though I would prefer to update the man page to point to
the proper local installed files, maybe pointing to both would be ok?)
So I switch the severity to "enhancement" as this would clarify/help people
reporting bugs

I switched the links to the online version.
Huh? http://mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html works fine here.
