Description
encoding with svq1 needs the format tag, but it should be
default.
url points to post on advusers, below is michaelni's quote:
vcodec=svq1:format=YVU9
YVU9 should b choosen automatically of course (see AVCodec.pix_fmts if
you want to fix it)
