Description
E.g. on trade shows and fairs, it would be nice to have an option "loop" for
looping over the playlist as well of music as of video files.

mplayer svn now has a slave loop option
add it to your skin/frontend or just set a key for it

consider using MPlayer command line for that. The Gui is currently completely
unmaintained and new features are unlikely to be added.
Oh, and you might want to try the Guis in the related projects section on the
homepage, they might have that feature as well.
