Unpluging network cable freezes the computer if you're listening to a stream in Firefox with the MPlayer plugin.

Actually, by "wrong component", I meant "in the wrong bugzilla". See if the same thing happens while playing the stream directly using mplayer (i.e. without the plugin). Reopen if you have some tangible information.

This bugreport is too generic (and against the wrong component). Besides, if it really freezes, it's likely a driver/hardware problem as mplayer isn't be able to hard-freeze a machine under normal circumstances.
