Can't get the right framerate on a h264 file encoded with ffmpeg

Description

I used on a Apple G5 FFmpegX to compress in h264 a video extracted from a DVD (meaning source is DVD MPEG2 29.9fps -NTSC-)

When played on Videolan plays OK but when played with MPlayer you can't get the right framerate, no matter wich OS.
I tested on SVN too, same result.
