Description
I uploaded the file TITLE01-ANGLE2.VOB (cut to 5MB) containing a subtitle stream.
mplayer -sid 0 shows up the subtitle only if using sources older than at least Aug 2, 2004 (I didn' try
all). However, CVS (9.9.2004) and sources at least newer as Aug 26, 2004 doesn't show any subtitle.
Apparently the sub is decoded but it does not show up at all.
Same behavior with -sub and external subtitles.
I will add that behavior is totally erratic: some files will play with subtitles, other not.

Joey Perish is working on this (no, it will definitely not be reversed but
fixed): http://mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/mplayer-dev-eng/2004-September/029514.html

I committed something that at least fixes the sample file. If you have time
please test with anything that has subtitles, as I'm not really sure what
exactly my patch changes ;-)
