Description
In recent versions, from r25987, -chapter doesn't work if used with mkv files.
"mplayer file.mkv -chapter 2" will start to play from the beginning of the
video and not from chapter 2.
But -chapter 2-3 will stop the video at the end of chapter 3, so it seems only
the initial chapter is ignored.
In previous versions, with -chapter 2-3 the video started at chapter 2 and stopped at the end of chapter 3.
