Playback time errs when playing TS videos [H.264-encoded]

Description
When playing a TS format,H.264-encoded vedio, i found that the total_time shown in mplayer is more than 4 hours ,actually the real time is just 5 minutes. And the playback time started at about 3 hours at least. Due to this,The subtitle times also break. It resultes in the subtitle's async with video&audio.
OS: ubuntu 8.10 2.6.27-7-generic
Mplayer Version:Mplayer SVN-r7692-4.3.2
Problem also Occurs On MPlayer-1.0rc2(build on Windows XP SP2)
