rtm and p4 mencoder doesn't work with very high quality and high quality setting

Description
The cpu has SSE but disable, see information printed by mencoder below.
I got the mencoder from binary package on source forge
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mplayer-win32/files/MPlayer%20and%20MEncoder/revision%2032735/
I download rtm, p4 and athlon version.
The rtm and p4 version of mencoder report these errors:
