Description

Unfortunately man cannot yet (at least on Debian) cope with UTF-8-encoded pages in European languages. Hence, cs pages need to be ISO-8859-1.

The maintainer of the Czech translation converted it to UTF-8, it is his decision and I have to assume that it works fine for him. Also, ISO-8859-1 is completely wrong, it only works for Western European languages, it would have to be ISO-8859-2.
