Description

I believe there are some errors in the "Format Constraints" table, within
<sect3 id="menc-feat-vcd-dvd-constraints-resolution">:

  • I believe the video bitrate for NTSC and PAL VCDs should be 1152 kbps, but

the table says 1150 kbps.

  • I believe the audio bitrate for NTCS and PAL SVCDs should be 224 kbps, but

the table says 384 kbps.

  • The table says the audio bitrate for DVDs should be 1536 kbps, but that

seems outrageously high, and is inconsistent with the examples given later on.

it's 384 max

this is the max bitrate too

I'm gonna commit a fix in a minute, it'll be online tomorrow
