some MP4 movies from archive.org don't stream correctly

[jelrpp@…]

when playing some mp4 video files from archive.org via http-streaming, mplayer
plays a single frame of video and audio, then reconnects to server repeatedly.

example of working mp4 video:

both working and non-working video seem to have been created by the same version
of ffmpeg: "FFmpeg0.4.6b4646". (strings on video)

if the file is completely downloaded and played from disk, it will play normally.
