"-vo svga" and "-vo vesa" no longer available?

Description
I am using the official released MPlayer-mingw32-1.0rc2.zip on my Windows. I found that "-vo svga" and "-vo vesa" is no longer available. Why? Who compiled the official MPlayer-mingw32-1.0rc2.zip? I am very very angry about this! Please re-enable "-vo svga" and "-vo vesa"! Thanks!

svga and vesa are not available on windows.
for windows, directx or direct3d are fastest

I am Zhang, the #0 assigner. My machine is old. I guessed "-vo svga" and "-vo vesa" will make the playings more better on my machine than "-vo directx" or "-vo gl". I was really upset when I found "-vo svga" was not working! However, I don't know how to use MinGW, and I am lazy to learn it. So, please that guy compiling the official MPlayer-mingw32-1.0rc2.zip do my favor to enable "-vo svga" and "-vo vesa"!!!
